Can I check in with a foreign passport?
Yes. Nancy's Home is foreign passport check-in ready. Please bring your passport for check-in, just as you would at any hotel.
Where can I check availability, live prices and cancellation policies? Can I book on this website?
Please use the booking platforms for current information. Trip.com is our main international booking channel, with Booking.com and 携程 as additional options. Prices, availability and cancellation policies may change on each platform.
This website does not process payments or confirm live availability. It is here to help you understand the rooms, location and arrival process.
How should I choose the right room or suite?
Start with the number of guests and the bedrooms, beds and bathrooms you need. If you want a shared place to gather, choose a suite that is clearly listed with a living room. Some larger stays are made up of independent rooms booked together and do not include a living room.
Then compare the view, balcony, terrace, bathtub and other features. If one detail matters to your stay, please ask us before booking.
Are all rooms sold under the same room-type name identical?
Not exactly. Rooms within the same category share a similar overall standard and character, but their layout, furnishings, orientation, size and flow may vary slightly.
If a particular view, bathtub, balcony or layout matters to you, please let us know before you book.
Does every river-view room have the same view?
No. Our river-view rooms look across the Yangtze toward Nanshan, but every window and balcony frames the city differently. Depending on the room, the view may include Dongshuimen Bridge, Raffles City, the Yangtze River Cableway or Huguang Guild Hall.
Not every room shows every landmark. If one particular view matters, please ask before booking. Our city-view rooms look toward Chongqing's layered skyline rather than the river.
Which rooms are best for families, groups or longer stays?
Nancy's Home offers family rooms, multi-bedroom suites with shared living spaces, and entire stays made up of independent rooms. Selected room types include a kitchen, but this facility is not available in every room.
Choose according to your group size and whether you need a living room, private bathrooms or a kitchen. Please check the current listing for the exact room configuration.
Are washing machines available? Can I ask about the laundry setup?
Every stay has access to a washing machine. In some suites, the machine is inside the room; for some individual rooms, it is in the shared corridor.

Is Nancy's Home in a convenient location?
Nancy's Home is on the Yangtze riverfront in Chaotianmen, Yuzhong District. Hongya Cave, Jiefangbei and Raffles City can be reached on foot or by taxi, and Chaotianmen metro station is nearby.
There are small local restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. Hongya Cave is within reach, but it is on a different street from the property.

A taxi or ride-hailing car can take you to the residential entrance. Before arrival, our team will send you a location pin and detailed directions. If you are unsure which entrance to use, message the reception team on WeChat.
What information will I receive on the day I arrive? Is English assistance available?
Yes, English assistance is available. On the day you arrive, we will send your guest information on WeChat, including your room location, door access, Wi-Fi details and room-specific arrival instructions.
